Vegetables and pork are prepared and fried before being added to the Sweet & Sour sauce.

Rice has been put on to boil whilst this stage of the cooking is going on.

Another group prepare the Sweet & Sour sauce. This was a corn flour and water sauce with sugar and vinegar added.
